Base of MSEgui's "CORBA-style" interfaces (declared under {$interfaces corba} instead of the default COM-style {$interfaces com}): they carry no reference counting, so classes implementing them keep their usual create/destroy lifetime management instead of being freed implicitly when an interface variable goes out of scope.
