The widget's nested rectangles, each a subset of the previous one: widgetrect (the outer bounds, including frame and frame caption; origin relative to the parent widget, or the screen if there is none — its individual elements are also available as bounds_x/ bounds_y/bounds_cx/bounds_cy) contains paintrect (origin pos; excludes the frame and its caption; the canvas in paint is clipped to it by default), which contains clientrect (the "virtual" client area, origin paintrect.pos; can be bigger than paintrect for a scrolling widget), which contains innerpaintrect (origin pos; clientrect minus frame.framei_*). To convert a point or rectangle between two widgets' coordinates (or to/from screen coordinates, with nil as the missing widget), use translatewidgetpoint/translatewidgetrect (relative to widgetrect), translatepaintpoint/translatepaintrect (relative to paintrect), or translateclientpoint/translateclientrect (relative to clientrect).
