Offsets the tcustomgrid.rowcolors index used for a selected cell of this column, relative to the index used for a normal cell (e.g. set to 1 so odd rowcolors items are used for selected cells and even items for normal cells). Can be negative. Useful to give selected rows a distinct color on top of an existing row-state color.
