Unlike t*edit widgets (e.g. tstringedit), whose value is only committed on Enter or on losing focus, tedit can react to each keystroke: set delay (in milliseconds) to have ontextediteddelayed called with the current text after that delay of inactivity, restarted on every keystroke — useful for example to update a filter live while the user types.
